Included in the Basic Rent Charge

• Stage, lighting, audio equipment and other facilities available for use
• Air conditioning and heating 
• Actor dressing rooms, common facilities, and spaces
• Theater usher services, including house management 
• Basic technical staff (additional technical support not included)

Other Details

• The rental fee is determined based on the number of performances; special performances may incur separate fees. 
• For performance rentals, the space is available from one hour before the performance until its conclusion.
• Event rentals allow use of the space from three hours before the event.
• Trial performances, open rehearsals, and educational events follow the performance rental fee structure. 
• No rental fee is charged if the space is vacated within one hour after the performance ends. 
• Normally, rental before or after the specified times is not permitted; however, if needed, a 200% surcharge applies. 
• Additional facility uses or technical staff support incurs separate charges. 
• Performance rentals typically span from two hours before the performance until its conclusion and are charged per performance. 
• As a default, the rental fee is charged according to the number of performances.
